Strength and conditioning workouts during practices and over Winter Workouts
3 NVTBL League scheduled games/week. One week night game helps players prepare for late night games so they learn to track fly balls under lights, complete homework before games, and finding stamina when they are tired. Double header on weekend challenges players to bring the same amount of intensity to first game as to second game.

Dedication and hard work at practices as well as coach-able behavior earns playing time for players during games.
We will foster healthy competition between our players for positions as well as teach them to display good sportsmanship at games.
Players must maintain a B average on academics to play in our program.
Our focus is on player development and reinforcing proper mechanics. We will earn the wins when our players are displaying the skills they are learning and striving to improve.
ALL coaching is paid professionals that have experience playing and coaching.
Spring season games will begin first week of April and the season continues until the second week of July. As the longest season players will have the opportunity to get a lot of field time. Spring is an opportunity to display skills that were perfected over Winter Workouts. Our players should be faster, stronger, and have more endurance after having gone through intensive strength and conditioning workouts over Winter. Spring season is designed to have a lot of opportunity for our players to be competitive.
Fall season games begin Labor Day weekend and the season continues until the first week of November. While this season is shorter we focus more on specified position training and development/perfection of basic skills.
